Very genuinely inclusive
We have graduates from multiple age brackets (20 - 35, some of them are career changers) so i'm proud to say that stockland doesn't discriminate by age, education, or ethnicity when selecting candidates for their graduate program. retention also seems quite high with the majority of graduates staying after the 2-year graduate program is finished. Similarly, some of the graduates actually change careers by the end of the program because most streams have an 'elective rotation' where you can work in a team that you didn't major in at university (e.g. Architecture to project management, data science to property development etc). i can't comment if there are any equity benefits at stockland for graduates, however senior level members do have the option to purchase company stocks.
