Great managers depends on team. Managers understand the needs and limits of graduates knowledge and skill and delegate roles as such. Always room to push for more or less and managers are typically very open to you working with your interest while also ensuring you contribute to the team.
Great mentors and good at managing workloads
My mentors all have least 2-3 years of work experience and they are very empathetic with graduates still learning company processes and entry-level tasks. Performance reviews are conducted annually, however there are multiple coaching sessions where you discuss what kind of skills you would like to develop or what projects you would like to work on in future rotations.
