Stockland has a great structure to the workplace. Tuesday thursday in the office, wednesday out on site and monday and friday optional work from home. I try to be in the office all days in the week (except site days) but it is nice to have the option to wfh if its been a big week.
For the technology teams the work life balance is excellent and you are only in office 2 days a week. Majority of the time leave is approved early, and overtime hours is not expected from graduates.
