Tn has a really nice work environment. The office is spacious, and it’s great that we have free parking for employees, it makes things a lot easier. The facilities are decent, but i think the laptops and other equipment could definitely be more modern and faster to help us work more efficiently.
Office space is clean and modern with fairly central location to hobart cbd as well as brilliant parking, gyms, showers, bathroom and lenty of quiet spaces and meeting rooms. Dress code is smart casual and works for everyone
The office space is not bad- it's a generously sized building with it's own cafe and is located out of major traffic zones which i appreciate tremendously. My company also has multiple different office locations and i as a graduate have the opportunity to visit them, which improves my motivation and interest. Overall as an office, there isn't really anything too interesting about the building. I know competitors have offices with nicer city views, spanning multiple stories and overlooking the wharf where my company's office is located in the centre of what appears to be a residential area. Still, fairly nice mountain views especially of mt wellington. The dress code is quite informal, where some dress in pants and shirts and others in shorts. Being non-customer facing most of the time, i think most people in general dress smart casual.
