The culture is quite positive. free drinks are provided on a friday afternoon to encourage employees to socialise and connect. employees are encourages to cooperate through the open office layout. there are also plenty of meeting rooms/places around the office to allow for effective collaboration and teamwork. the structure/hierarchy is mostly effective. the structure depends heavily on which team you are in.
In the company you can ask for help from anyone in the team at anytime, or even outside of the team (but obviously don't message the ceo for no reason) and you can bring up any issues any time with the manager. you will not be contacted at all after hours unless it's very urgent. i haven't had anyone contact me after hours ever. even for very senior people they won't be contacted after hours often. it's quite rare i think
They are very big on workplace culture, its great to be apart of and great working enviornment.
