For a graduate role, it is an attractive starting salary.
Good pay for a graduate software developer. it's not as high as you'd get at companies like amazon, but it's higher than most while having a good worklife balance. the main downside is the pay cycle frequency. i would rather the frequency be every fortnight rather than every month. the best perk offered is the employee share program which allows you to opt in to buying shares through salary sacrifice. this program is unique because for every 2 shares bought through the program, an additional allocation of 1 share is provided by the company. the allocation is fulfilled if you are still working for the company at the end of the plan period (1 year).
Pay and benefits are pretty good, there's a free onsite gym that's only open to employees at the company. we get free food at company events, and there's free snacks sometimes. there's free breakfast everyday if you want it (all day breakfast).
The pay is great for being a grad, also have access to 24/7 gym, free breakfasts everymorning, constant free lunches and events.
