Standards interview and questions. lots of time provided for me to ask questions which was good. not enough communication from the company between application stages, for weeks would not hear anything.
There were two interviews with a technical assessment in between. the technical assessment was fair and selfpaced over a 3 day period. the interviews were focused on team culture and fit, with technical questions being relevant but general which allowed me to show my knowledge on a foundational level without inducing too much stress. the lack of leetcode styled questions during the interview was welcome.
I had 2 interviews, one with some team members and the team manager. got asked some basic questions in relation to the role, like what have i done at university, what do i know, do i know the things that are required in the role. and if not, am i happy to learn. second interview was with the general manager, which was easy. i had no assessments, but my interview process specifically was done differently to others, since they were looking for someone to fill the role asap. pretty sure other people get technical assessments.
It was a full day group intevrivew which was full on but learnt lots.
There was consistent communication from the recruitment team. interviews were organised and conducted; this whole process went smoothly. received a call from the recruitment team a week later.
