There is a graduate program which focuses on general office etiquette and teamwork. it is, however, a company wide program, so there is no specific graduate training for developers. there is online training, however this is quite minimal and hands off.
Free aws training, and if you want to take an aws exam, the company will pay for it if you pass. i got a buddy assigned to me to help me learn anything and everything i need to know at the company. i've learnt a lot about aws thus far.
I've developed so much due to the training and exposure at techone.
