After you apply, you will be invited to complete a few games, then you will record yourself answering interview questions (STAR structured ones), then you move onto an actual online interview with 1-2 real interviewers, the timing for this is harsh in that there's not a lot of flexibility to move if you have assignments/exams. After this it will be a long waiting period before you find out if you've been accepted, then you will receive your contract. Overall, there were lots of bumps along the way, but you do receive your contract quite early which is a relief.
Initial assessment that included a pre-recorded interview process from hirevue was too long. Personality assessments and intellectual games afterwards made the entire experience too tedious.
There was a multi stage interview process. Each stage required a good amount of preparation. I got to meet my future coworkers, who were keen on me. It was a cheerful and uplifting process.
First two interviews were online based, one was highly technical which is expected with the technical role. The last one was face to face online which was good. The interviewers were really friendly and understanding, so was less nervous and felt comfortable.
I did not find it too difficult was very standard compared to other graduate role applications. The online interview process was the most difficult compare to other companies, lots of detail and many questions.
