I work full-time hours, but I can start and finish at a time that suits me and my team, for example I'm based in Perth and so I start at 7am to fit with over East's 9am start, this means I can finish early at 3pm and have more time for myself in the afternoon. As previously mentioned this role is 100% remote, which means you can choose how often you go into the office, my recommendation is once a fortnight but I've heard of some employees only going in once or twice a year.
Telstra has a very flexible way of working. Working hours although is still normal business hours, depending on management, as long as the work is completed the times at which work is done doesn't matter.
Really flexible. I have a hybrid working arrangement. I can work from home and the office. I choose to go into the office when my team and graduates are all there. I also attend many offsite events as part of my ongoing professional development.
Extremely flexible and very happy about this. Work is hybrid
Telstra is SUPER flexible with your personal working arrangements. You are easily able to work from home without many worries and the office culture is quite relaxed.
