There are talks and stuff for diversity and inclusion which is good. I can't comment on anything in particular I guess.
I am part of our gender equity extracurricular team and we are working hard behind the scenes to ensure access and equity across genders. There are other teams working towards equity for other marginalised communities such as indigenous peoples, LGBTQ+, and POC.
Gender equity, indigenous outreach and multiculturalism business resource groups (x3 seperate ones) to get involved in and who also work towards raising awareness and organising events for the wider office
