Pay for a grad is not bad. Not really any policies that stand out as being a good perk. One $150 voucher we got. A little bit of early travel.
I am quite satisfied with my pay as it is my first role, but there aren't many benefits that I am aware of.
Pay is good for entry level trainee, however very little corporate benefits are offered. Occasional meals are provided when we have trainee collaboration sessions / office events.
Quite good - some work travel to our manufacturing sites included
