Really well-run interviews and assessments. Good transparency on what they were and really engaging interviewers and tasks.
The interview process was good, everything felt well organized and prepared. There were 3 rounds: psychometric, speed interviews, and a case study presentation.
We did a round of video interviews followed by an assessment, then an in person assessment centre (presenting + speed interviews) and a final panel interview with a case study we had to present on followed by questions. It was extremely challenging and stressful, but I think it prepped us really well for doing the actual role. The communication throughout was also very good.
