The company culture is good, people are nice. I miss working alongside people in my season of life. I am a yo pro and don't have a family yet so it would be nice to have people I work with in a similar life stage
Culture doesn't change in the office or outside the office - and I think this is one of the biggest factors to show its authenticity. People have trust in each other and can focus and get work done in the office, but just as easily chill out after work with colleagues and have a bit of fun. It is a pretty typical pyramid hierarchy, however there is a fair bit of vertical overlap, meaning people have autonomy and opportunity to grow.
Strong corporate culture, however, with structural changes
In the office the culture is good. With people very friendly and always willing to help. Also in office benefits like ice cream so people sometimes take breaks together and get ice cream. Outside of hours the culture could improve, lack after hours team building and events especially in finance.
Very positive and encouraging. However, in my current role it is also very solitary. Your work outcomes solely depend on yourself and how well you can articulate your ideas to others.
