Pay could be a bit higher in Sydney, as it's an expensive city but otherwise I'm happy. I would've appreciated moving cost help.
For the hours I work, I could get more elsewhere. Bonusses are ok, but again, they are nothing crazy.

Pay and bonus is great so far. It is the only thing I know so hard to comment. But seems reasonable.
Good, better than most graduate positions. In addition, the 4-day work week is an incredible bonus.
