a large gap between store operations and head office. feels like a top to bottom organisations (head office only giving directions to store operations)
Work culture is dependent on each store, but mostly everyone is very pleasant and teamwork is encouraged. Socialising is accepted.
In the office staff are very friendly and supportive so far. In between stores as well there is a great support community between each other. Socialising outside of work is common and teamwork is great. Structure is vertical however with some directions you do not feel the level of hierarchy which is a great culture
Each store is different however, out of the ones I've worked out, despite the different dynamics, all team members are respectful towards one another and enjoy friendly work banter/interactions with each other. Sometimes staff with even hang out after work.
