very accessible, willing to help at all times and can be contacted immediately when needed
My managers so far have been great accessible, understand and supportive in my endeavours are well as pushing when I need to be pushed
I am fortunate that I have had very good mentors and currently have a very good mentor however, I know this is not the case for all staff members so there is definitely room for improvement but in general accessibility to support is alright.
