To become a retail associate the interview process was quite simple and smooth. To become a Uniqlo Management Candidate, the interview process took over a few months time. Starting with a first interview with senior member of management, followed by an exam, then a final interview conducted by COO, directors and senior management. Finishing off with a trial day in store to finalise the interview process.
There was 4 stages; information session, first interview, final interview and store trial. Interviews were quite standard, I was given a call prior to the interviews and told what kind of questions would be asked which no other company had done and I really appreciated. Store trial allowed me to see if I liked the environment that I would be working in which was also an effort made by the company that I really appreciated.
