Our work hours can be anytime between 8am - 10pm for a 7.5 hour shift but depending on the season and tasks your shift can be extended. Flexibility is able if you have assistants who can manage the store while you are away or there is no important events during that period. Overall if anything is important which requires time off the company is supportive of this
Working full time 5 days per week: set shift daily is usually 8am-4:30pm. However often will stay back to finish incomplete tasks/helping out the store etc depending on the day.
Rostered hours is somewhat flexible as you are the store manager and you can pick what suits the store, however, usually it will be morning shift as there are certain tasks that only the store manager can do and it must be done in the morning. In terms of how much you actually work, usually you will be working overtime, often from when you finish your rostered shift up until the last person leaves the store. Remote work is not really an option since you are required to be aware of the store situation at all times which is not conducive to remote work.
