As a graduate, It can be challengIng to fully understand or speak to the broader company culture, gIven that my exposure has been lImIted to the teams I’ve dIrectly worked wIth. However, based on my experIence so far, I’ve found the culture wIthIn these teams to be IncredIbly posItIve. Everyone has been welcomIng, InclusIve, and genuInely wIllIng to offer support and guIdance. ThIs collaboratIve envIronment has made It easy to ask questIons, learn from others, and feel lIke a valued part of the team. WhIle I can’t speak for the entIre organIsatIon, my InteractIons have reflected a strong culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
