HavIng managers In dIfferent states can be very challengIng and It can really depend on the manager. From my and prevIous grads experIences, you can have managers up and go at the drop of a hat wIth no warnIng (lIke go on parental leave wIthout tellIng you or completely quIt the busIness). Most managers have been great wIth praIse, feedback and recognItIon.
I have had good managers durIng my roles. They have showed good commItment to my traInIng and development and have guIded me well
