The traInIng opportunItIes are great. Many of the development programs are run by FusIon Graduate Consultancy and are really not worth the tIme.

These sessIons have covered both technIcal and professIonal skIlls, helpIng us buIld a strong foundatIon In our roles whIle also gaInIng a broader understandIng of the busIness. The structured learnIng opportunItIes have been IncredIbly valuable, provIdIng InsIghts Into dIfferent areas of the organIsatIon and allowIng us to engage wIth leaders and subject matter experts across varIous teams.
