My current office does not have a lot of women or people with various ethnic background. I know other sites have more people from different cultural backgrounds. In my experience, the company has been extremely supportive if you need to take leave, regardless of the reason.
It is a male dominated industry. Visy wants to attract more female applicants.
Visy evidently recruits diverse groups of people; could be more women in higher executive levels. Maternity leave and child care is definitely provided
