My managers are always easily accessible and have provided me with good guidance and advice. They conduct performance reviews with me every 6 months while also checking in about my progress every month.
My supervisors have been wonderful. Very open to chat and offer feedback when I need.
Communication from the top is transparent. Managers and executives are good mentors.
