My department has been phenomenal and my experience across the Geelong refinery has been really great. The company invests a bit of time and resources into fostering and maintaining a healthy workplace culture built on respect and it really shows in the interactions you have with anyone on site.
Everyone is very welcoming and happy to help. People are kind, bubbly and easy to speak to. The hierarchy is rather flat. My manager and their manager treat me like an equal and prioritise my wellbeing by checking up on me often.
