Creating information packages for developing electrical infrastructure and reviewing designs of the electrical networks is a very satisfying job. As you know that your input will lead to more houses constructed, suburbs populated, or problems in the electrical network fixed.
All work assigned is work that needs to get done and there is a variety of work to ensure that day to day is not too repetitive - this really makes you feel like you contribute positively to the team. Project work is another aspect that allows you to think critically about a problem and present a solution that sits outside typical day to day duties, which is really fulfilling.
Depending on the work i am doing at the time can change a lot of how satisfied the task can be also depending on the point in a rotation the tasks can be quite different, at the moment i am at the start of a new rotation and i have been given a task i have spent roughly the last 2 weeks working on and it is the work the has a very low priority and because of current workloads there is a back log of the work. It has been a good foundation for learning but it hasn't exactly been satisfying but i the work i am moving onto looks to be much more satisfying
