Good, hard working
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There is a clear structure with the partners, less of a hierarchy in the team because we are a small team of 12 auditors in a workplace of 130 other accountants/support staff. We do go for coffee to socialise or lunch sometimes but we don't see each other outside of work hours.
