Woodside employs a diverse work force every year and one of the notable things is a high proportion of the leaders are women. As well, there is a significant percentage of leaders that are from different background. I have also noticed a strong commitment to provide resources to upskill people and ensure they are being provided with all the resources to grow and achieve their goals.
