As soon as I sent in my application, I received a request to complete an assessment to test my arithmetic as well as personal proficiency. Having passed the test, I was invited for an online interview, where I was given pre-recorded questions and I had to record my answers and submit them. The last step in the process was an in-person interview, which was sent once I passed the online interview step.
