My usual work hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, with variations as required by personal priorities. One of the best things about working at Woodside is the flexibility offered in choosing work hours, or working remotely. I am not from Australia however, and recently I requested to work remotely from my home country, which ended up not going ahead. But it was received with positivity albeit a little skepticism.
Very flexible - with adhoc trips offshore we are encouraged to take rest days and we receive TOIL if trips take place over a weekend. We're also remunerated according for our time offshore. WFH is flexible and we're allowed to WFH for 2 days a week as per the policy, however, many people will only WFH once a week or not at all.
