One of the values of the company I work at is inclusion. Weekly rewards and recognition can be nominated to other employees for inclusion. I have never felt discrimination or inequity within the workplace.
I think just from observing the general makeup of people around the office, there is a very diverse group of people. I do not feel as if there are an overwhelming majority of a certain type of person which is nice. This diversity is in terms of everything from age, gender and ethnicity.
The diversity of people in the workplace is excellent, the spread of men and women is relatively even, and there is a huge variety of cultures.
My experience so far is that the company is very inclusive. There are a number of initiatives that reflect this. However, I speak from a place of relative privilege and others may feel differently.
