The interview process was very easy and stress free.
My experience wasn't through the WSP graduate system so cannot comment on that I was able to get this role through senior engineers at the company
Everything from application to the interview process was very easy and valuable. The online video application screening process was great as it gives more opportunity to distinguish yourself outside of just a CV and cover letter. The interview was friendly and comfortable. Outside of this, I do think the advertising around the position was very poor. I was unaware WSP even existed before stumbling across the job listing on LinkedIn. I have found that the vast majority of students, especially those who are not already working for similar companies (also many who are), do not know that WSP exists or what they do. I think this is a result of practically zero engagement with universities as networking/career events compared to other companies in similar positions.
Submitted my resume, cover letter and academic transcript, heard back from them a couple of months later offering me an interview. Was a very relaxed interview in which they made me feel very comfortable. Then they sent me an email later that month offering me the job.
The interview process was smooth and resulted from effective networking.
