I get a great mix of more complex tasks that give me a lot of opportunity to learn, as well as more simpler tasks that I am able to do independently. As part of the grad program we get to rotate around 3 different teams so it is great to be exposed to different types of tasks. The tasks I work on I know, at the end of the day, are for the benefit of the customer so it feels very satisfying to finish a piece of work or at least to contribute to a cool new feature.
