The interview process was broken up into stages, there was a coding challenge, video interview, and then last was the Grad Day which was 50/50 behavioural interview and technical presentation. I really appreciated being given the technical challenge to research and prepare for, rather than being asked technical questions on the spot.
Pretty rigorous digital and final interviews. Technical round on grad day required a 15 minute presentation with quite difficult questions aimed to throw you off.
HackerRank was very simple, followed by quite generic recorded interview. Final stage was a more involved behavioural interview & giving a 15 minute technical presentation. Overall process was relatively long, several months, but with decent communication throughout.
The assessments were pretty straightforward, but questions on the video interview was quite challenging. Grad day was fun, especially since we were paired up with a grad ambassador that could provide tips for the actual assessment
