As part of the Grad program Xero upskills us in AWS, we attended an AWS training week and are supported in gaining an AWS certification. The grad program itself is a training program, we set learning goals and are supported to achieve them
Lots of on the job training received by team members and an allocated buddy on each team you work on, scheduled workshops on professional skills, many technical talks available company-wide. AWS training week & exam vouchers. Access to full Udemy Business licence & AWS Skill Builder. Feedback is given regularly in the manner you prefer, there is a focus on this early in the grad program, as well as regular catch-ups with your junior talent people lead.
