Xero is very flexible, usually happy to accommodate needing to take time out and is very flexible with working remotely (even for a short time working from other countries - with approval!)

Working from home & remote work are very flexible. Employees are based around the world so your optimal work hours may not be 9-5, there is flexibility for you to shift them based on your own needs as long as it doesn't interfere with your collaboration.
