How our rankings work
Our goal is to help students and graduates compare employers in a clear and fair way. Each company in our list is scored across several factors that reflect real outcomes for early career staff. The final ranking is a weighted combination of these scores.
Graduate Satisfaction
We collect anonymous feedback from recent graduates about their day to day experience. They rate support, learning opportunities, team culture and overall satisfaction.
Employer Reputation
We look at industry surveys, student sentiment and long term employer performance.
How the final grades are calculated
Each category is standardised so different data sources can be compared. The categories are combined into a single score using fixed weights. Employers cannot influence or purchase a higher position. If an employer provides data, it is verified before being used.
